Frequently asked questions

Dust with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth; no harsh cleaners or solvents. Not dishwasher safe – hand-wash only in lukewarm water (below 40 °C). PLA softens with heat: keep it below 50 °C and away from radiators, candles and hot cars. In summer, avoid strong direct sunlight behind a window. Charge glow-in-the-dark pieces for a few minutes in daylight or under a lamp.

The ideas are ours; we work them out with digital design tools and test-print them ourselves.

Matte PLA, a plant-based plastic made from renewable raw materials (e.g. corn starch). Light, sturdy and odourless. Everything is printed in our own workshop in Germany.

No. 3D prints are not watertight and are meant for dry decoration only – please never fill them with water. Open pieces are made for LED tealights or dried flowers.

3D printing builds an object layer by layer. The fine, even lines are part of its character and not a defect.

The material charges in daylight or lamp light (UV light works best) and then glows softly for a few minutes up to about an hour.

No. Our objects are purely decorative: not for contact with food and not a toy. Small parts could be swallowed.

We print to order. Production and dispatch usually take 2–4 business days, plus DHL transit time: usually 1–3 business days within Germany and 3–8 business days to other EU countries. We do not ship outside the EU. Etsy shows the estimated delivery date on every item page.
