Buying & shipping

This website shows our collections. Purchases are made exclusively in our Etsy shop: every piece page has a “Buy on Etsy” button that takes you straight to the matching listing.

Ordering and payment

The purchase contract is concluded via Etsy with Droidtech e.K. Payment is handled by Etsy Payments; Etsy shows the available payment methods at checkout. All prices are final prices including VAT, plus the shipping costs shown on Etsy.

Production and shipping

• We print every piece after you order. Production and dispatch usually take 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Shipping by DHL with tracking: usually 1–3 business days within Germany and 3–8 business days to other EU countries.
• We ship to Germany and the EU, not to other countries. There are no customs duties within the EU.
• The estimated delivery date shown by Etsy on the listing and at checkout applies.

Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not offer cancellation after purchase; the right of withdrawal is not affected by this. We do not offer exchanges. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. If something arrives damaged, please send us a photo at hello@softcurvestudio.de. Fine layer lines are part of 3D printing and not a defect.

What we don't offer

We do not offer custom orders, personalisation, gift wrapping or gift messages.
